Candidates MUST be currently licensed to work in the state of Maryland or the District of Columbia.
In compliance with state health regulations, every candidate undergoes a comprehensive screening to ensure the highest levels of patient safety.
This includes Criminal, Sex Offender, OIG, GSA, and Social Security verification checks for all prospective employees.
A minimum of three professional references will be verified from previous clinical or medical employers.
From application to orientation, we maintain a clear and professional path to joining our medical family.
Applicants fill out an employment application and take a written skills test. (Training options provided if needed).
Validation of nursing license, former employer verification, criminal background check, and character references.
If qualified, a member of our Human Resources team will contact you directly to schedule a formal interview.
Following a successful interview, approved applicants will be contacted for hire and provided an employee packet.
